3. PRODUCTS & PRICING

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuation of products.

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion for international orders is handled at checkout and may vary based on exchange rates.

Our products are sourced from international manufacturing partners to bring you quality footwear at accessible prices. As a result, orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our supply partners overseas. This is reflected in our shipping timelines, which may be longer than domestic shipping estimates.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that cannot be verified.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.

5A. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or any other circumstances outside our control. Please review our full Shipping Policy for details.

5B. PRODUCT SOURCING & FULFILLMENT

Stitched by Wesley curates and sells products sourced from international suppliers. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly from our overseas fulfillment partners. While we carefully select our products for quality, please be aware that:

  • Shipping times will reflect international transit durations
  • Packages may originate from outside Canada or the United States
  • Import duties or customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these fulfillment conditions.

6. ALL SALES FINAL — NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including shipping delays, damaged items, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

7. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

You agree to contact us at bonabona503@gmail.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks with full documentation including these Terms, your order details, and confirmation of your agreement at checkout.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Stitched by Wesley and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

9. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stitched by Wesley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stitched by Wesley and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
